Get involved to gain amazing leadership experience!!! |
BBYO provides opportunities to teens that give them real world experiences and training for developing their leadership skills. As an organization that is teen led, almost everything that goes into the welfare of the chapter is derived from the kids themselves. This structure provides the highs and lows of leadership, forcing an improvement and development of one's character, patience, and many other valuable leadership values that cannot be taught in a school enviorment.
